Register/Sign in

To create your own account, go to the registration portal, where you can easily follow the steps to register. Once you are registered, log in to the portal with your username and password. This will give you instant access to our extensive product range!

Understanding that this can be frustrating, it is best to check that you are on the right portal. You do this by checking that your company name appears in the URL. If everything checks out and you are still having problems, don't hesitate to contact us (at helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com). We will be happy to help you resolve any login issues.

Products

We can certainly look into that, but the final decision lies with your HR manager. Feel free to let us know your suggestions via our contact form at the bottom our Help-page.

Unfortunately, it is not legal to purchase the same item 2 times in a cafeteria plan, with the exception of businesses that have applied for a permit to do so.

Ordering

No worries! You can find your voucher code after logging into the portal under "My Account. Here you will find all information about your personal offers and discount codes. The voucher code itself can be found by choosing "my voucher code" in the left column. Now you can fully enjoy the convenience of shopping with your exclusive benefits.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email our support team (at helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com). We will see what is possible and assist you as best we can in modifying your order.

Delivery

Don't worry, this can happen with bundles with different suppliers. Items are delivered in multiple batches. If you have questions about specific deliveries, please contact our support (at helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com), and we'll be happy to help.

You will always receive an e-mail from GLS a few days before delivery (for multimedia products) or from us with the delivery date of your order. For orders that require assembly or furniture orders, our logistics department will call you to schedule a delivery.

Normally you will receive them by mail from us once we have them available. If not, you can request it by creating a ticket in our helpdesk. (mail to helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com)

Damages must be reported within 48 hours. You can do this by phone at 051 40 44 11 (option 4) or you can open a ticket in our helpdesk (helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com) where you describe the damage and add some pictures of the damaged or not damaged packaging, the article and possible stickers that are still on the device. We will report this to our supplier and keep you informed about the procedure.

You should report this as soon as possible by opening a ticket through our helpdesk (helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com). There a solution will then be sought for the exchange.

This, of course, is very annoying. Our supplier always offers 2 times the items. If you have not been able to receive them, this automatically returns to them or us. It is best to contact us by opening a ticket in our helpdesk (via helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com). We will then make every effort to reorder your items.

Support

A first help is always our chatbot at the bottom right of our shop. It will always be able to help you answer your questions quickly. Still can't find the right answer to your question? Then fill in our contact form below our Help-page.

That's not very nice of course. It is best to contact the helpdesk (via helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com) where you describe the defect and add some pictures of the defect and any stickers with the serial number still on the device. Then we can start to investigate the defect and do the necessary repair/replacement..

Every error code is unique, but don't worry. Send us an e-mail with the error code at (helpdesk@twsc.odoo.com), and we will provide you with the correct solution quickly.
